Privacy policy

When you checkout, your full name, physical address, email address, and (if provided) phone number are collected by Bigcartel and the payment processor: either PayPal, or Stripe if you pay by card. Your payment information is shared only with Paypal or Stripe and not used for any other purpose.

Your name, address, and contact details are also shared with Australia Post and your local/final mile postal service (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail) to ship your order to you.

If I need to contact you, your email address will be used for correspondence. Your email will not be added to any mailing lists without explicit consent. Short-term mailing lists may be generated from interest check forms for those who request to be added, which will cease to be updated once the relevant project is complete.

If you ever threaten to or attempt to initiate a chargeback for an order, or you repeatedly and flagrantly breach the shop rehoming rules, your details will be retained and you will be blocked from purchasing in the future (if you place an order, it will be refunded minus processing fees). Censored information, such as your surname and first name initial, state and country, and (if provided) social media handle may be shared with other sole traders privately and securely (such as via email or direct message) to protect their own businesses from such behaviour.
