・✦・✦・✦・ LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL AND MISSING ITEMS ・✦・✦・✦・

If you suspect that your package is lost, or your items arrived damaged from poor handling in transit, please reach out to your local carrier in the first instance. Australia Post connects to the major postal service in your region, such as USPS for the US, Canada Post for Canada, or Royal Mail for the UK. If your tracking shows that your package never arrived in your country, or your local carrier is not helpful, please get in contact and I will submit an enquiry once 10 business days have elapsed since the estimated arrival date, as per Auspost's guidelines (see under the FAQ "How long should I wait before submitting an enquiry about a late or missing international parcel delivery?"). If this is unsuccessful, I may still be able to send out a replacement with sufficient proof, but please understand I tend to do small runs of merch and so replacements are not guaranteed.

Forms of sufficient proof are:

  • For lost mail: correspondence from postal services stating that the item is likely lost (e.g. forwarded email, screenshot of web portal)
  • For damaged mail: photos that show the extent of damage to both items and the original packaging
  • For missing items: an unboxing video is preferred, but I understand that not everyone does this for every order, so in most cases photos will be sufficient. If you place a large order, I strongly recommend you record video when opening just to be on the safe side. If you hosted a group order, an unboxing video is required.

IMPORTANT: refunds and replacements cannot be given for untracked mail. The risk of untracked mail getting lost rests solely with the buyer, as there is no way of me knowing where your order is once it leaves my hands.

・✦・✦・✦・ CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES ・✦・✦・✦・

If you are dissatisfied with your order or your items have not arrived within the expected time frame, do NOT initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Contact me first to discuss potential solutions. If your ideal solution is to get a refund, please tell me outright. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without informing me of your intention to do so, you WILL get banned from my shop and put on a blacklist permanently, which may be shared privately with other makers. Any orders you place will be cancelled and refunded minus payment processing fees.

Making a chargeback threat for a P4P order that you are dissatisfied with will also result in getting banned from my shop and put on a blacklist. If you are insistent, you will be manually refunded and then blocked. Asking for a refund on P4P items means you are taking back the funds that were paid towards production whilst also getting to keep the items for free. I make no profit on P4P, and I am a very small maker, so this kind of theft has a noticeable impact. Don't be that person, please!
