Group Orders

Informal group orders
Informal/spontaneous GOs (ordering with friends / "buddy orders") are permitted at any time for items that are currently in-stock and do not have a specified limit, e.g. two per variant per buyer. These orders can be placed through the shop as you would when buying for just yourself, so you are welcome to organise your own group and designate one person as your GOM to place the order and monitor emails. In the notes at checkout, please write "group order for # people", e.g. "group order for 5 people" so I know how many cards and freebies (if available) to pack.
If you plan on joining an informal GO, please note that I will not be checking any hosts who have opened slots! It is your responsibility to do background checks on GOM fulfilment history.
Formal group orders
For scheduled shop drops, I invite people to volunteer to host a group for their region. I prefer to have people I know host for these, but I will also consider GOMs with proof of completed fulfilment of past GOs. Provided there are enough people interested in joining (preferably five or more including the GOM), buyers will either be able to enter a code at checkout to have their order placed in my shop added to the group, or will be directed to a form provided by the GOM to pay for their items.
I prefer codes at checkout to keep track of inventory and to give buyers the option to add to their existing orders easily, but for very limited items, a form may be allowed.
Early access is currently always code at checkout because slots are allocated.
Once I have packed everything, I will contact the GOM via email if the weight exceeds 250g to invoice additional shipping. This applies to both formal GOs and informal orders with friends. Your package will not be sent if shipping has not been completely paid for.
Group orders for regions not enabled at checkout
I cannot send direct to the UK because of prepaid VAT requirements, and to certain EU countries because of the packaging laws mentioned on the page 'Shipping from Australia', but I can create a custom orders, and forwarding to a friend is also more than welcome.
If you would like to organise a UK or EU GO with prepaid VAT, please send an email to [email protected] or fill in the contact form to discuss options, such as via Etsy. If you would prefer to pay VAT upon receipt to save on Etsy fees, direct payment is also an option.

For reference, charms are around 25g each, standees are around 30g, and prints and stickers are all under 10g each. Pins vary depending on size, but mini pins are generally under 10g. Packaging is at least 30g for smaller orders and increases with size.
