Shipping from Australia
Updated Jul 11th 2025
The most up-to-date postage rates can be found at checkout. The AUD tends to fluctuate between 0.60~0.65 USD, so for reference $20 AUD is ~$12-13 USD. Estimates are as follows:
Stickers and A6 prints (untracked small letter) - no refunds/replacements for lost mail
- Australia: $1.75 AUD
- International: $4.50 AUD anywhere*!
5x7 prints (untracked large letter) - no refunds/replacements for lost mail
- Australia: $3.50 AUD
- International: $14.50 AUD anywhere*!
Sometimes the post office allows me to send print-only rigid mailers at document flat rate, so you may get refunded ~$10 AUD after your order is sent. Unlike stamps and parcel forms, I can't pre-purchase large letter labels, so there is no way to know until I'm at my local paying for postage.
*Please check Australia Post's delivery locations before you order. Stickers and prints are sent as print-only letter mail (no customs form), and so can be sent to the UK and EU, including countries not available for tracked parcels.
Enamel pins, acrylics, other accessories (tracked parcel) - insured up to $100 AUD by default
- Australia: $10 AUD
- New Zealand: $16.65 AUD
- Asia Pacific: $20.20 AUD
- US/CAN: $22.75 AUD
- (Some of) Europe: $27.75 AUD
- Elsewhere: $33.50 AUD
Tracked packages are declared at full value in case they get lost by the postal system. As a small business, I send packages in an individual capacity and do not collect prepaid VAT, so you may be charged fees upon receipt. If your region has specific requirements for inbound mail, please contact me prior to placing your order. I do not devalue packages because not only is it illegal, in the event the package is lost, I cannot refund the full value if it is declared less than what you paid. If you are concerned about tax thresholds for your region, please get in contact.

* Import tax is not pre-paid, however country of origin is omitted on the declaration. The current advice from Australia Post is that goods equal to or less than $800 USD in value will still be covered by de minimis. This means that orders from my shop will be duty-free unless the de minimis threshold is removed in the future.
If your country is not available at checkout, please let me know and I will check the available services to see if new regions can be added.
Domestic and international tracking upgrades are also available for prints and stickers in the shop - see the tracking add-on listing.
Custom or Direct Orders
I cannot send direct to the UK because of prepaid VAT requirements, and to certain EU countries because of packaging laws, but I can create a custom orders! Forwarding to a friend is also more than welcome.
If you would like to organise an order to the UK, EU, or Northern Ireland, please send an email to [email protected] or fill in the contact form to discuss payment options, such as card (Stripe) or PayPal. If you would prefer to pre-pay VAT, custom orders via Etsy are also available.
Lost or Damaged Mail and Missing Items
If you suspect that your package is lost, or your items arrived damaged from poor handling in transit, please reach out to your local carrier in the first instance. Australia Post connects to the major postal service in your region, such as USPS for the US or Royal Mail for the UK. If your tracking shows that your package never arrived in your country, or your local carrier is not helpful, please get in contact and I will submit an enquiry once 10 business days have elapsed since the estimated arrival date, as per Auspost's guidelines (see under the FAQ "How long should I wait before submitting an enquiry about a late or missing international parcel delivery?"). If this is unsuccessful, I may be able to send out a replacement with sufficient proof, but please understand I tend to do small runs of merch and so replacements are not guaranteed.
Forms of sufficient proof are:
- For lost mail: correspondence from postal services stating that the item is likely lost (e.g. forwarded email, screenshot of web portal)
- For damaged mail: photos that show exent of damage to both items and the original packaging
- For missing items: an unboxing video is preferred, but I understand that not everyone does this for every order, so in most cases photos will be sufficient. If you place a large order, I strongly recommend you record video when opening just to be on the safe side. If you hosted a group order, an unboxing video is required.
IMPORTANT: refunds and replacements cannot be given for untracked mail. The risk of untracked mail getting lost rests solely with the buyer, as there is no way of me knowing where your order is once it leaves my hands.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with your order or your items have not arrived within the expected time frame, do NOT initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Contact me first to discuss potential solutions. If your ideal solution is to get a refund, please tell me outright. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without informing me of your intention to do so, you WILL get banned from my shop and put on a blacklist permanently, which may be shared privately with other makers.
Making a chargeback threat for a P4P order that you are dissatisfied with will likely also result in getting banned from my shop and put on a blacklist. If you are insistent, you will be manually refunded and then blocked.
It may sound severe, but if you receive your P4P order and then ask for a refund, you are taking back the funds that you paid towards production whilst also getting to keep the items for free. I make no profit on P4P, and I am a very small maker, so this kind of theft has a noticeable impact. Don't be that person, please!
Combined orders
If you wish to add items to a previous order, and shipping is equal to or less than your first order:
→ Use code [POSTOVERRIDE]
at checkout to clear the shipping cost. If your name and/or address are different, please write the previous order number in the Notes section, and I will send to the details in your newest order.
If shipping is more than your first order:
→ Please contact me first before placing your second order so I can send you a free shipping code that is specific to you.
I cannot recoup the payment processing fees when sending partial refunds, so if you place two orders without a code, then I can only refund shipping minus fees (generally 50c~$2 AUD). Ideally I would prefer not to do this because it's a pain in the butt.
I recommend placing your subsequent order within 1-2 hours of the first, as some days I will pack orders quite quickly to get them out before the post office closes.
